Hi,
Do you mean in the products menu you do not see the field to add a shipping fee?
The shipping/billing should be attached to the order under the ‘Orders’ menu and you should be able to click on any order to view more details about that transaction.
Can you post a URL to the page where you have a product configured so we can take a look?

Yes it definitely should display that checkout results after a successful transaction. Can you explain what exactly happens if it isn’t showing that page? Like after the transaction what does the customer see? Can you check the console log of the browser to see if there is any error that shows there?

chanelKeymasterHi,
Ensure you have purchased an SSL certificate and that if you have, the page is the ‘HTTPS’ version not HTTP. This is nothing to do with this plugin although when operating any website where you collect sensitive information such as credit card details, an SSL certificate is required.

Is this a multisite setup up or are they entirely different WordPress installs?
Can you please use the contact form to email us so that support staff will be able to jump on your website/s and take a look at the issue.

chanelKeymasterHi,
You will need to switch to the latest API. Stripe has made some changes and this means that the custom fields etc are shown on the Stripe popup. Can you please go to your Stripe Advanced Settings menu and make sure that you ‘do not’ have the legacy API enabled. Disabling that will ensure you are using the latest API. Then please go back to that page and take a look and see if it is working then. Let us know if the issue persists.
The screenshot on the addon page shows how the new API looks with custom fields:

chanelKeymasterHi,
Sorry that you never received the download link earlier. Perhaps it ended up in the spam folder. I have replied to your email this morning.

chanelKeymasterHi,
Does this happen for all of your digital products?
Is the file still there on your WordPress website? Can you please ensure the file still exists and has not been deleted.– Chanel
August 29, 2019 at 11:58 pm in reply to: Can I add multiple subscription options to a product? #2304chanelKeymasterHi,
Unfortunately currently variations cannot be added to subscription style products. The developers are currently working on making the plugin SCA ready and once that is complete they will be able to focus their attention on features like this.

Unfortunately when you are using our plugin it will create new plans. Existing plans will not work out.

chanelKeymasterHi,
The support team has created the following documentation that outlines a section on unresponsive buttons. Please take a look at it:

chanelKeymasterHi,
You could potentially make the additional cost a variation:
Although doing this would allow the customer to choose whether or not the additional price is added so this may not work out best for your project.
The best way I believe to handle this is to include the cost in the total price and then alter the charge description to read something like (product + fixed charge included).
chanelKeymasterHi,
Can I please confirm you have read through and completed the steps on the following documentation:
If so and the integration is still not working enabling the debug log can help you find out if the mail is being sent through to the MailChimp account:

chanelKeymasterHi,
It seems this email is actually coming from Stripe directly rather than our plugin. You can take a read of the following documentation:
https://stripe.com/docs/billing/lifecycle#emailsSeems that these can actually be enabled and disabled from within your Stripe account.

January 3, 2019 at 12:48 am in reply to: Linking Variable Products to indicudual products for stock control #1762chanelKeymasterHi,
Unfortunately at this stage we do not have the option to specify stock control based on each variation so what you have created sounds like the only option at this stage. As far as I can understand it should work if you have individual payment buttons. If you share a link of the page where you have this set up we can take a look for you.

chanelKeymasterHi,
The Nonce Check Failed issues often occur on sites where a caching plugin is being used or where the hosting is using caching on their end.
