I have purchased the custom fields add-on with 10 installations.
I installed it on my network admin site and have been configuring it in each branch site.
On the first three sites the custom fields were added on, the fields were added no problem.
Now on both the 4th and 5th installation the custom fields do not render. I have confirmed that they are configured exactly the same as the other sites that work.
Edit the product in question. Go to the custom fields section. Is the custom field enabled or disabled? Does it have the global option enabled?

I also have this checkbox in the advanced settings tab checked that says
`If enabled, makes the following field enabled by default for all buttons and products.
You can control per-product or per-button behavior by editing the product and selecting enabled or disabled option under the Custom Field section.

This is the same exact setup as my first three sites. Is there a number I can call to expedite this process?
Is this a multisite setup up or are they entirely different WordPress installs?
