Hi, yes that worked with me, and I consider this as resolved.

A new issue arises, as the plugin won’t give our customers an error message, but still redirect them to check out results with a blank message. Can you help? same page as above. thanks!

Yeah I can edit the stripe product and yes it will reflect on the receipt.
But the summary name still remain “Stripe Payments Subs Addon Product #”

We’ll wait for an update then 🙂

Hi,

Yes this mode whether you set the subscription on test or live mode.

At first when I add new subscription it would give me the mode option
but when I click on update subscription plan, the mode isn’t editable.

Hi, this links gives info on the receipt from the Stripe plugin. and yes it’s useful!

However, the receipt I’m referring to is the one coming from our Stripe account after a successful payment.

and by default the receipt summary is named “Stripe Payments Subs Addon Product #”
which we can’t change since this name is just being pulled from the plugin.

now we are looking for ways on how to edit it or remove it.

does that make sense?

Gotit working now via Stripe. It’s weird minutes ago the dropdown option isn’t showing at all.

do you have any other gateways aside from pay-pal?

I entered two valid card details on there and once I filled out all required forms. it only refresh the page as if nothing happened and need to retype all info.

Hi,

It’s going thru paypal.. but the paypal form won’t transact my credit card info for unknown reason.
it won’t even give me notification whether the payment is successful or not.
