Hello again Patrick.
Looks like exchange rates provider that is used by the addon is having some technical issues.
I’ve replaced it to another (which looks more reliable). Please update Multi-Currency Addon to version 2.0.1, this would make it work.
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi.
Can you copy and paste exact error message you’re getting? Or a screenshot of it would be much better.
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi Patrick.
It should be available in the updates now. There was server caching issue that keep reporting there is no update available. It is fixed now.
I apologize for the inconveniences.
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi.
We just released Multi Currency Addon version 2.0. Please update it on your website (WP Dashboard -> Updates; click “Check Again” if it’s not there).
Also, please disable old Stripe API usage (WP Dashboard -> Stripe Payments – Settings, “Advanced Settings” tab, uncheck “Enable Legacy Checkout API” and save changes).
Now to answer your original question. Currency select won’t display on “All products” page, it’s either displayed on each product page or you can add it on any page you like using shortcode. Let me know which suits your needs best and I’ll provide instructions.
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi Meg.
Secure Downloads addon is meant for downloading files, not links sharing. It also does not download stuff from YouTube as well. Though if you help me to understand what you’re trying to achieve, together we can figure out the best way of doing this 😉
If you just want your customers to get a link to YouTube video after successful purchase, you can either display it on checkout results page (thank you page) or on buyer’s email, or both. If you want your customers to download video as a file, first you need to download it from YouTube yourself, then upload the file on your server and then use its URL is Secure Downloads.

This issue (improper tax calculation for zero-cents currencies during payment processing) is being worked on at the moment. I will update you as soon as it’s fixed.
Apologies for the inconveniences.
alexanderfoxcParticipantYep, that looks proper.
alexanderfoxcParticipantYou should also tick “Live Mode” on Stripe Payments -> Settings page, then save changes.
alexanderfoxcParticipantdo i setup everything in the plug in?
This 🙂 When creating new subscription plan, just make sure “Live” is selected in “Mode” box on the right side column.
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi.
All events should be fine.
We have plans to narrow down the list of required events for webhooks, but since API is updated quite often lately, it is safer to receive all events and process those that are required instead of making new manuals for users how to add required events.
Also (not related to webhooks), I’d suggest you to disable Stripe legacy API on your website. WP Dashboard -> Stripe Payments -> Settings, Advanced Settings tab, untick “Enable Legacy Checkout API” and click “Save Changes”.
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi.
Please disable old Stripe API. Stripe Payments -> Settings, Advanced Settings tab, uncheck “Enable Legacy Checkout API” option. This would add shipping address to orders and emails.
Regarding shipping, it’s not supported for Subscription products yet, as Stripe API provides no options to add shipping fee to a subscription product. I have created a ticket in our inner system so we can try to find a workaround for this issue. Will let you know the results.
alexanderfoxcParticipantThank you.
The fix would be included in the stable version 2.0.21, which should be released soon.
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi Chris and thank you for your report.
This has been fixed in current testing version (2.0.21t2). Please test it and let me know if it is https://s-plugins.com/testing-version/
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi.
1. Are you using the latest plugin version (2.0.20 at the moment)?
2. By “two records are saved sometimes” do you mean two records are saved on your Stripe account or in Orders page of the plugin (WP Dashboard -> Stripe Payments -> Orders)?
