Cannot reproduce this. Tried from my Android phone (via Chrome browser) and there is no
Unauthorized App
message displayed. Can you provide a screenshot? Or detailed steps to reproduce it?
alexanderfoxcParticipantThis has been fixed in new testing version (2.0.28t2). https://s-plugins.com/testing-version/
Thank you for reporting this.
alexanderfoxcParticipantJust tried it myself and indeed, no coupon code is saved in Stripe metadata.
I’ve created an issue for this so the team could review and fix it.
alexanderfoxcParticipantThe plugin adds metadata to Stripe when coupon is being used during a purchase. Product ID is also stored there. So you can export the data from Stripe (make sure the metadata is included when you configure export settings) and then analyze it as you prefer.
alexanderfoxcParticipantPlease try current testing version of the plugin https://s-plugins.com/testing-version/
Situations similar to yours should be addressed in it.
alexanderfoxcParticipantI just “purchased” 360 days access via Google Pay without any issues.
When you make sure your product thumbnail is using https, the 90 days program will work fine as well 😉
alexanderfoxcParticipantIs there any way to export the data maintained by the plugin (e.g. orders, coupon, etc)? We would like to do some analysis of the data.
The plugin has no built-in data export functionality at the moment. But if you can describe your use-case scenario with a bit more details, perhaps we could find a way to either implement it in the plugin or to figure out some workaround.
You can also get the info from your Stripe account, it supports exporting of various data into CSV format. This is the reason why we don’t have our own data export since Stripe’s covers most of the needs.
and no credit card information will be kept by the site. Is that correct?
The plugin does not store any credit card info at all as this is PCI DSS compliance requirement. All the crucial info is processed and handled by Stripe on your behalf. Even the fields where your customers enter CC details are not controlled by the plugin, but the Stripe itself, so there is no way for the plugin (or its addons) to access those.
alexanderfoxcParticipant>I have changed the 90 day one to https. Still doesn’t work.
Can you try to edit your WP Settings and make sure your website address starts with https?
WP Dashboard -> Settings -> General,
WordPress Address (URL)
andSite Address (URL)
options. This should resolve all future random issues that could happen due to insecure contents on page (and not only with our plugin).
alexanderfoxcParticipantThank you.
Can you replace your product image URL to start with https:// rather than http://? This is what seem to be breaking the stuff.
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi Richard.
Can you provide a link to the page where your payment button is? I would be able to have a closer look and see what’s wrong.
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi Pamela.
Thank you for the access you provided. That helped to track the issue down and resolve it. Apple Pay \ Google Pay \ Microsoft Pay are properly working on your site now.
Once again, thank you for your report and apologies for the inconveniences.
alexanderfoxcParticipantHi.
Indeed, you don’t need to specifically enroll into Apple dev thing. What you need is to approve your domain with Apple. APM addon does it for you. Just go to Stripe Payments -> Settings, “Additional Payment Methods” tab and click “Autoapprove Domain” button.
This is all you need in order to be able to access payments via Apple Pay. You can test if it’s working by trying to make a test mode payment on your site.
alexanderfoxcParticipantPlease do. Use this contact form https://s-plugins.com/contact-us/
April 11, 2020 at 10:26 am in reply to: Subscription Payments Addon | Issue with the 100% off coupon #2817alexanderfoxcParticipantHi.
Looks like all-off coupons functionality for subscriptions was broken in the latest version indeed. We will investigate this issue and provide the fix shortly.
Apologies for the inconveniences.
alexanderfoxcParticipantThank you for additional info.
However, I’m unable to reproduce the issue on my test server. I’ve installed clean WordPress 5.4 on a server with PHP 7. Switched the language to Japanese, installed Stripe Payments, Subscriptions and ACF addon. Then enabled coupons and created a coupon without any issues. I have even created a coupon with discount code on Japanese (25オフ) and it also worked just fine.
Can you try to delete Stripe Payments plugin and install it again? Don’t worry, your settings will not be deleted.
Also, if this won’t help, can you try to disable ALL plugins BUT Stripe Payments, Subscriptions and Additional Custom Fields and see if this helps?
