Tagged: subscription payments, Variable Currency
Hi, when setting up a subscription in test mode for $499.99 and submitting a test charge the result is $499.99. When enabling variable currency where a customer can choose between two currencies, to select, and doing the same $499.99 charge the result is $49999.00 being charged.
Decimal places are set to 2.
The only difference between the two subscriptions setup is variable currency showing that result.
Thanks
Update to this bug as well, you cannot go in an uncheck variable currency as well. When you save after unchecking it, it stays checked.
Hi, Can you please use the following version of the plugin and see if the same is happening on that version also?
Updated plugin and submitted a test for 499.99. It is still going into stripe as 49999.00.
This is only happening when variable currency is selected.
We have applied a fix for this in the subscription addon. Please update the Stripe subscription addon from the plugins menu and then try again.
That fixed it.
