Subscriptio addon receipt in Stripe

Hi,

Do we have way on how to edit the receipt on stripe?
as per the receipt below (sample receipt) there’s “stripe Payments Subs addon Product #”

this part of the receipt might cause a confusion with our customers
Can we Edit the text or remove it?

I think you are referring to the notification email that gets sent after a purchase.

Hi, this links gives info on the receipt from the Stripe plugin. and yes it’s useful!

However, the receipt I’m referring to is the one coming from our Stripe account after a successful payment.

and by default the receipt summary is named “Stripe Payments Subs Addon Product #”
which we can’t change since this name is just being pulled from the plugin.

now we are looking for ways on how to edit it or remove it.

does that make sense?

Hi JP.

It’s not currently possible to edit product name formed by plugin. However, you have a point. I have created a ticket for this one and we’ll see what can be done. Best case scenario would be to make product name match your plan name. Will that do?

That sounds great!

Yeah I can edit the stripe product and yes it will reflect on the receipt.
But the summary name still remain “Stripe Payments Subs Addon Product #”

We’ll wait for an update then 🙂
