Hi, I succeed in paying. However, the status is “incomplete” on the Stripe dashboard.
Please refer to the following.

That looks to be a test mode transaction. Do a test in Live Mode so you can get a clear picture of if everything is setup correctly. Set everything to live mode then create a new subscription plan in the plugin. Do a transaction with that and see how that goes. You can issue a refund on it after the transaction is done.
I have the same trouble when I set the Live Mode.

Please enlighten me on the specifics.
That looks fine to me. The 2nd entry is the main charge. You can ignore that other entry. Do you see any issue with the actual money amount not adding up to your Stripe account?
Hi.
Are you using latest versions of both Stripe Payments (2.0.16) and Subscriptions addon (2.0.4)? Similar issues were reported in the past, however those should be fixed in current versions.
I apologize for a bit premature reply. I was able to reproduce the issue and already made necessary fix.
Please update Subscriptions addon to latest version (2.0.5) and get Stripe Payments latest testing version (2.0.17t2) here https://s-plugins.com/testing-version/
Try to make payment in test mode and let me know if the issue is resolved.
This is resolved in the new version (v2.0.17).
That problem was solved with the new version.
I appreciate your help.
