Installed the testing version and made a payment. Seems metadata still only has Product ID.
richardchuiParticipantThank you again for the superb support!
richardchuiParticipantJust installed the testing version and the problem goes away. Super!
Just one more issue, as I go through Google Pay, there is a message saying “Unauthorized app. Please make sure you trust this app before proceeding.” And there is no such message when using Stripe Checkout button.
Thanks!
richardchuiParticipantThank you Alex for the excellent help.
richardchuiParticipantThanks for the tips.
I just tried exporting the payments from Stripe (all columns). Yes, Product ID is there, which is great. But I don’t see any reference to the coupon used.
richardchuiParticipantThanks, will try
richardchuiParticipant> I just “purchased” 360 days access via Google Pay without any issues.
It is working because I took away the thumbnail.> When you make sure your product thumbnail is using https, the 90 days program will work fine as well 😉
I have changed, but no luck 🙁richardchuiParticipant> if you can describe your use-case scenario with a bit more details, perhaps we could find a way to either implement it in the plugin or to figure out some workaround.
Specifically, we want to find out in which orders the coupons are being used. I know that this information can be found in the order details, but just want to see if there is a faster and easier way to do that.
Thanks!
richardchuiParticipant> Can you try to edit your WP Settings and make sure your website address starts with https?
I am running a multisite WP, difficult to change now. I have tried before and lead to a whole host of other problems.
So, just change the product thumbnail url won’t help?
Last resort will be not to use any thumbnail…
richardchuiParticipantBtw, the 90 day one, though ok, will show “Unauthorized app” in the Google Pay screen.
This will not happen with the Strip Checkout button.
Thanks!
richardchuiParticipantHi Alex,
Oh, the product thumbnail.
I have changed the 90 day one to https. Still doesn’t work.
I have changed the 360 day one to not use any thumbnail. It works.
Thanks!
richardchuiParticipantHi Alex,
Thank you so much for the prompt response.
I am not sure what Product image URL are you referring to? The icon is from the media library and the button is from the plugin short code.
Thanks!

There are 2 products. The button at the very bottom is from Stripe checkout, and it is working properly.
Thanks!
