In the popup, the bottom is cut off. The top of what I assume to be the submit button shows, but that is all.

Thanks! This is an improvement! I just excitedly logged into my site to start sprucing up my customer emails and realized that the emails I want to spruce up are in the POST PAYMENT ACTIONS addon, which still does not accept html. Sigh. Sorry I did not realize that when I posted my initial request. Any chance of an html editor being added there? Again, thank you!
