No, it seems to only give me that 2015 option… reason being my stripe account was inactive for a while so that is the last active API version I used…

It says latest… curiously in the release notes for that API version… item number 1 speaks to the removal of tax_percent…

Taxes are enabled for the WEEKLY option at the bottom of the page.

Yes, i am using the latest versions of the plugin… the error shows upon submission of a payment
