Product amount is only $14.99 – however – suddenly the shopping cart is showing $15.00 – and although we added ‘secure’ add on, all was working well – the purchase price was NEVER changed until the the payments plugin changed it – or the shopping cart just changed it I have tried updating with correct amount but nothing seems to work. This is just a simple purchase/document download. We are about to start promoting our product but now we can’t because it is the wrong price!!! This may not seem urgent to you, but it is to us.
DaleMarch 3, 2021 at 11:37 pm #3678AdminKeymasterThe plugin has no capability to automatically change a price. Delete the product (and the plan if it is a subscription) and then create it again with the correct price amount values. Does it work after that?
March 4, 2021 at 4:57 pm #3681CrashqueenParticipantFirst- before I contacted you – I created a ‘new product’. I put in same price $14.99 for 1 document download. BUT – On the document page above the ‘buy button’, price listed is $15.00 – However – buy button pop-up shows correct amount $14.99. And yes – as you recommended – I have uninstalled, deleted Stripe payment plugin, secure addon and all related pages. I then installed Stripe payment plugin + security addon – and added new product – best if you ‘see’ result -Here is link to new product page [endoffees.ca/asp-products/the-eof-advantage]
March 5, 2021 at 12:13 am #3683AdminKeymasterI just tested by creating a product with that price and it works fine for me.
Can you please download the new upcoming version of our main plugin from the following page and tell me if you see the same issue?
March 5, 2021 at 12:16 am #3684AdminKeymasterWhat shortcode are you using to place that buy button?
March 5, 2021 at 10:38 pm #3685AdminKeymasterLooks like you may have entered an incorrect value in the “Number of Decimals” field of the Price Display settings.
Go back to the “Advanced Settings” menu of the plugin and enter a value of 2 in the “Number of Decimals” field (the default value is 2). Changing this will round the price. So don’t change this unless you know for sure that you want to change the price rounding behavior.

Thanks for finding this – much appreciated. Guess I now can mark this topic ‘resolved’ and open up a new one… yup…another one… ‘tiz the season’
