1. For some reason the plugin does not give me the option to add a shipping fee as described in the docs. The form field is simply not there.
2. The plugin is asking the user for a billing address and shipping address (or same as), but the shipping address does not appear to be saved anywhere, or connected to the order – not very useful!
Hi,
Do you mean in the products menu you do not see the field to add a shipping fee?
The shipping/billing should be attached to the order under the ‘Orders’ menu and you should be able to click on any order to view more details about that transaction.
Can you post a URL to the page where you have a product configured so we can take a look?

The field is completely missing from the settings page. According to docs it should be right underneath the tax % option – I simply do not have the option.
For shipping details, I don’t see it all all on the orders page. Additionally, I’ve added the shortcode to sender notification email, and it’s not showing up in the email either.

Hi.
Please disable old Stripe API. Stripe Payments -> Settings, Advanced Settings tab, uncheck “Enable Legacy Checkout API” option. This would add shipping address to orders and emails.
Regarding shipping, it’s not supported for Subscription products yet, as Stripe API provides no options to add shipping fee to a subscription product. I have created a ticket in our inner system so we can try to find a workaround for this issue. Will let you know the results.
