Stripe payment plugins for your WordPress site

Home › Forums › Stripe Payments Plugin › Issue with checkout information – doesn't match the products purchased
From the client:
I noticed that there is a payment glitch on our website. I got the below message when I made a $100 one-time donation. A new member also mentioned that she made a $20 yearly subscription and the page said she had donated $50. The payment amounts are still correct when I check Stripe, so it’s not charging incorrect amounts, but the page is incorrect.
The website is [shelterjh.org]
Any ideas why this happening?

It seems you have a javascript conflict while loading the stripe modal. Can you test this with no plugins enabled and possibly with the default WordPress theme?
Or at least, disable LIVE mode and enable Debugging within the plugin so you can run a few test transactions. This may help us identify the exact problem.
Hi.
This seems like caching issues. Please make sure your checkout page is excluded from the cache (e.g. caching plugin, server cache etc.).
