    we have one custom field which is assigned to one product and the ID of this field is “1”

    we have this code in the email

    Customer Name: {customer_name}
    Email Address: {payer_email}
    Date: {purchase_date}
    Amount Paid: {purchase_amt_curr}
    Invoice Number: {custom_field_value_1}

    this will not send the custom field value in the email to the seller or to the buyer

    we have also tried the three options as on your documentation page

    {custom_field_1}
    {custom_field_name_1}
    {custom_field_value_1}

    and these do not send in the email either

    can you please have a look and advise us

    If you are using it with the new checkout then it won’t work correctly with the custom fields addon yet. We are in the process of converting that addon for the new checkout. Should be done in a few days.

    Hi. Please update ACF addon to the latest version which was just released. Let me know if that resolved your issue.

    Hiya after downloading the latest version of the ACF Version 2.0.0, i deactivated the old version and deleted it, then uploaded this new version and activated it.

    I actually deleted all the custom fields and created just a new one so now we have id = 2

    i have tried again to set the shortcode in the emails

    {custom_field_2}
    {custom_field_name_2}
    {custom_field_value_2}

    I also added this to the Checkout-Result page..

    place some test orders and still not receiving this custom fields in the buyer or seller email.

    we really need just one TEXT custom field to be added as we need an invoice number when we receive a payment.

    We are very grateful in your time to sort this out, can we create an admin login for you (privately) so you can take a look at the settings etc.

    Also please note APM and Recaptcha addons are not yet compatible with new API. Those will be converted within the week. Both are working on old API at the moment.

    reCaptcha addon has been updated to work with new payment popup.

    Get updated version of the addon (2.0.0) via WP Dashboard -> Updates. Then install latest testing version of the core plugin (2.0.8t2) https://s-plugins.com/testing-version/

    incidently can we use the shortcode tags on the stripe-checkout-result page

    as you can see it still will not pull in the custom fields code on this page, it does send the custom field details in all emails tho so that is perfect
