Adding Product Description to Email Confirmation

Hi there,

Is it possible to include the produce description into the email confirmation that is sent to the purchaser?

I want to make sure that they are not confused about what they are getting with the purchase they make, but I can’t seem to find a tag to use to pull this in.

There’s no email tag for product (short) description although I think it would be a valuable addition. I’ll inform the devs.

Hi @ovidiubica – I see the devs have included the short description tag. Thank you and thanks to them too.

Could you confirm if HTML formatting works in this area?
I’d like to give them an overview of what they receive with the package, and I’ve got this written in bullets. Would like for the formatting to stay as such. Could you confirm please before I make any changes?

Alternatively, is it possible for them to include a tag for the long description to be added to the mail?
