Hi there,
I purchased your add-ons bundle. I have the following questions:
– Additional Payment Methods add on
I tested it on my iphone and it seems to work on safari but not on chrome or Brave. What are the limitations of this functionality?
If there are browser limitations or any others, it would be good to mention them on your sales page.
– multi-currency add-on
when I click on “Apply” a different currency, i get redirected to a 404 – not found error. Both my SSL and Apple Pay have been approved.
How can I troubleshoot?
Thanks

Is Apple Pay working on Chrome or Brave on other sites? I think Apple Pay only works on Safari, this is default requirement from Apple. Crhomimum-based browsers will use Payment Request API instead. Credit card info needs to be saved in browser in order for it to work.
Thank you for pointing it out though, we will add this info for APM add-on.

Can you provide a link to the page with your product so I could have a closer look?

Re currency, here is the page I created: [removed]
Thanks

Looks like caching plugin might cause the issue. Try to clear all caching plugins cache\combine\minify etc. If this won’t help, try to temporary disable those and see if MultiCurrency works.
Let me know the results and we’ll try to figure out how this can be fixed.
September 17, 2020 at 1:48 am #3285AdminKeymasterI have updated the following documentation to make it more clear that Apple only allows Apple Pay from their Safari browser:
September 17, 2020 at 1:54 am #3286storyberriesParticipantI had a plugin conflict, which caused the 404 (Not caused by yours!)
I think I may have fixed it and at the moment it’s working well. Thanks!Couple of follow-up questions:
– My default currency is USD but it doesn’t show on the page initially. How can I show “USD” in front of the price (before people apply a different currency)? This is confusing for Canadian or Australian dollar for instance.
– THE “APPLY” button looks different on desktop (rectangular) and mobile (round corners). How can I change it and make it consistent? Have you got sample CSS button you could share. would I copy the CSS in “Payment Popup Additional CSS” or on my theme one?
– Is there an option for the default currency to be selected automatically depending on IP location?

Looks good. Thanks!
September 18, 2020 at 1:42 am #3295AdminKeymasterLets see if we can show the currently set currency in the drop-down (instead of showing default).
Is your theme applying different CSS style for PC and mobile? Do the following theme test to make sure we know if that style difference is coming from the the theme or not:
Test for Plugin and Theme Conflict Before Posting an Issue or a Bug
