I’ve set up the paid Apple/Google Play AddOn on my site.
When I try to turn on Apple Pay in my Stripe account, it says I need to create a Merchant ID with Apple on the Developer site. I’ve logged in to the Developer site using my regular iCloud account. But when I click on the Merchant ID link, it gives me this message: “This resource is only for developers enrolled in a developer program or members of an organization’s team in a developer program.”
Surely every merchant doesn’t have to enroll in a developer program in order to be able to accept Apple Pay on their website. What am I doing wrong?

Indeed, you don’t need to specifically enroll into Apple dev thing. What you need is to approve your domain with Apple. APM addon does it for you. Just go to Stripe Payments -> Settings, “Additional Payment Methods” tab and click “Autoapprove Domain” button.
This is all you need in order to be able to access payments via Apple Pay. You can test if it’s working by trying to make a test mode payment on your site.
I did the autoapprove and it worked. But when I try to make a payment, I get a red warning that says, “object object.” ???
There maybe a JavaScript error or conflict happening that is preventing the stripe library from working. Can you please do the following test to see if you still see the “object” error:

Okay, I’ve done all that, and using TwentyTwenty theme and no plugins except the Stripe Plugins ones, I still get the same error when I try ApplePay: object object.
I tried turning on the log before I did this test, but it appears to be blank. So I don’t have more information about the cause of the error.

Looks like I was able to go to the non-https URL of your donate page. That could be an issue. Apple pay needs to be on the “HTTPS” URL, can you please use a plugin like the following to make sure all pages are forces to the HTTPS version?
