Hi, I’m using the custom “Stripe Payments Additional Custom Fields Addon” and I need the option to add cost variations to the custom part. For example:
1. Choose plan 1
2. In custom fields “check box to add item 2 to the subscription for 2 dollar extra each month”This does not seem to be possible atm
Also we would like to be able to add one time costs addons to the custom fields. For example , the subscription is 10 dollars each month but you should be able to add a “start kit” or something like that for 19 dollars which are billed once and then the subcription is going on like usual.
Another issue we are currently facing is that the “checkbox” when choosed is bugged and can’t be checked by the customers.

Regarding the checkbox issue, I would like to see this. Can you post the URL where I can go and see this?

Hi,
You will need to switch to the latest API. Stripe has made some changes and this means that the custom fields etc are shown on the Stripe popup. Can you please go to your Stripe Advanced Settings menu and make sure that you ‘do not’ have the legacy API enabled. Disabling that will ensure you are using the latest API. Then please go back to that page and take a look and see if it is working then. Let us know if the issue persists.
