UPDATE

FIXED BY ADDING THIS CODE to CurlClient.php

go to plugin on your wordpress using your hosting cpanel
includes/stripe/lib/HttpClient/CurlClient.php

change code
from
protected $enablePersistentConnections = true;

to
protected $enablePersistentConnections = false;

hope this help anyone facing this issue
