[email protected]Participant
incidently can we use the shortcode tags on the stripe-checkout-result page
as you can see it still will not pull in the custom fields code on this page, it does send the custom field details in all emails tho so that is perfect
[email protected]Participantthank you
[email protected]Participantok thank you for your support with this, i will do lots of testing over the next couple of hours and let you know if there are any issues.
[email protected]Participanti have done, stripe is in test mode at the moment, so you can complete orders, and i will get the emails
[email protected]ParticipantHiya after downloading the latest version of the ACF Version 2.0.0, i deactivated the old version and deleted it, then uploaded this new version and activated it.
I actually deleted all the custom fields and created just a new one so now we have id = 2
i have tried again to set the shortcode in the emails
{custom_field_2}
{custom_field_name_2}
{custom_field_value_2}I also added this to the Checkout-Result page..
place some test orders and still not receiving this custom fields in the buyer or seller email.
we really need just one TEXT custom field to be added as we need an invoice number when we receive a payment.
We are very grateful in your time to sort this out, can we create an admin login for you (privately) so you can take a look at the settings etc.
[email protected]Participantand doesnt store this in the database in the posts table like the rest of the details
[email protected]Participantwe are just using this as a button on a page, using the shortcode

[email protected]ParticipantOh and just realised this does not get displayed in the admin in the orders section either
