Okay I was able to delete all and reinstall. The lic # was accepted this time however the “subscription” links are not working. I did purchase and reinstall the subcription ad-on . the “on-time” link (URL) works but not the subscription.

Thank you, Will this effect the current subscriptions saved in system?
