what happens if i a customer need to update the card details?

If a card expires or a new card is issued, stripe works with the financial institution to automatically update that card in their system. Once a subscription payment is setup, you shouldn’t have to do anything about it. If it completely fails, Stripe will notify you (the site admin).

is there any plugin for me to get a form for user to update their card details?

HI,

Sorry not that we know of. If there is ever a time where Stripe cannot charge the payment they will email you and let you know. Then you can directly message that customer yourself and let them know and end their subscription if they do not want to set up with a new card.
