[Support request] Using existing Stripe subscription plans

Hi there.

I’ve configured the Subscription Payments Addon, but I already have existing subscription plans configured in my Stripe dashboard, which I would like to continue using (they already have customers associated with them). When I follow the instructions to create new subscription plans through the plugin, this creates duplicate plans in my Stripe dashboard.

Is there any way to have the plugin keep using the existing plans so I can keep all my customers on their existing plans and not recreate them?

Hi,

Unfortunately when you are using our plugin it will create new plans. Existing plans will not work out.
