Subscription addon – payment fail thru paypal

Hi,

I’m trying to get the subscription add-on.
can’t get thru the payment. Paypal checkout keeps on redirecting in the same check out page.
no alert whether payment was successful. Tried it several times.

You can checkout using Credit card (via Stripe) also.

Once you are logged into the site, simply go to the page of the addon then click on the “Add to Cart” button:

It will take you to the checkout page where you can see the shopping cart. Click on the payment method dropdown and select “Credit Card” then hit the checkout button.

I just did a test using PayPal and it takes me to the paypal checkout page correctly. So not sure why your browser isn’t going to PayPal.

Hi,

It’s going thru paypal.. but the paypal form won’t transact my credit card info for unknown reason.
it won’t even give me notification whether the payment is successful or not.

do you have any other gateways aside from pay-pal?

I entered two valid card details on there and once I filled out all required forms. it only refresh the page as if nothing happened and need to retype all info.

Did it like 5 times now

Gotit working now via Stripe. It’s weird minutes ago the dropdown option isn’t showing at all.
