Stripe payment plugins for your WordPress site

Home › Forums › Stripe Payments Plugin › Stripe Payments Custom Fields Add In Breaks Admin Page
The add in folder has been downloaded into the plugin directory. As soon as I enable the plugin, the admin page refreshes with an error message. If I close and open it back up, I receive a 500 internal error message. What is strange is that I have a test site that is a copy of our main site. I am able to enable the plugin on the test site successfully.
I have gone through to ensure that all updates have been performed on both the test and live site, and the same plugins are universally enabled. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled both the Custom Fields add on and the stripe payment plugin, to no avail.
I enabled the log files, but there was no entry created when enabling the plugin.
Thoughts? Thanks
Please check your server’s error log file which will have more details as to why exactly it is failing. Your hosting provider can help you supply the error log file if you cannot find it yourself. Reading that error log file will be critical in understanding where things are going wrong on the install where it is not working.
Thank you for the post. Just wanted to follow up that for some reason on my live site, all of the files weren’t copying over. I went through the folders one by one and ensured that all of the files were copied.
This didn’t happen on my test site, which is somewhat strange (nor did it provide me any errors when copying the files over).
Thanks again
