This plugin has been working but all of sudden new customers are getting this message ‘the download link has expired’.
My Settings are
Duration of Download Link 48 hours
Download Count: 5
Force File Download
But customers are getting the ‘the download link has expired’ immediately after buying.
What could be the problem. Nothing has changed with my plugins
Hi Dennie.
Are you using any caching plugins on your website? If so, can you try to clear the cache and make a test purshase to see if the issue goes away?
