Right column on stripe-checkout-result page

Is it possible to remove/hide the right column from the products or from the stripe-checkout-result page specially where customer doesn’t need to see comments(especially if I don’t provide that option), archives or meta.

This plugin doesn’t create a right column. I think you are referring to the sidebar of your site that comes from your theme.

Some themes offer an option where it lets you hide the sidebar widgets on specific pages. If your theme has that option then you can edit the checkout page and hide the sidebar widget.
