Reorder Stripe Additional Custom Fields in Drop Down List

Is there a way to reorder the items in a drop down list that is part of the additional custom fields add-on?

Yes, you can reorder it from the settings interface where you configure the custom fields. Use the arrows (next to the delete icon) to reorder the fields.

I think you mean to reorder the item within the select input box. That needs to be reordered by deleting the fields and adding it in the order you want them to be in.
