Order List incomplete

The page at Stripe Payments > Orders is not showing all orders. The count under All reads (21) and under Published reads (8). No matter which is clicked the same 8 orders are shown.

I’m not sure what the “published” status refers to in this case.

The attached screenshot should demonstrate the issue – why would this be happening?

The published orders are “complete” proper orders that you need to look at. The rest are most likely “incomplete” orders from testing. You can show these by checking the following option from the “Advanced Settings” tab:
