Minimum amount subscription add-on

Hi,

I’ve created a donation and subscription plan for an organization. The donation plan is working, but the subscription has some issues. I want the minimum to donate with subscription being €5. When I set that price in the subscription plan I still get the error message (Minimum amount €10) when trying to donate with the monthly description.

Hi, Are you doing the one time donation and a subscription donation all in one product? That seems to be causing an conflict. You need to delete that product then create a new product and pick the subscription type for it. Don’t select a “donation” type product then switch it to subscription.

Product types (one time, donation, subscription) are totally unique types. A NEW product needs to be created for each type of those.

Hi,

I’ve already made 2 products. Donation and Subscription, I created a Subscription plan and connected it to the subscription product (and yes I did select the subscription option), and with the donation product, I choose the donation option.

I am using WPML. So for the other language, I made new products and a new subscription plan. I don’t know if this will give errors?

All products and plans have unique ID’s so I’m n to using one product for multiple languages.

Any other ideas?

We have released a new version of the subscriptions addon that has an option for this. Please upgrade the subscriptions addon then you will be able to specify a minimum subscription donation amount.

Looking forward to the update. I can’t download it yet, right? There are no updates for the plugin available and when I download the version from the website it’s the same version as the current one. When will it be available?

We will release this today. So you will be able to update the main plugin and the subscription addon soon. Then create a new subscription plan with this new option.
