I recently purchased the mailchimp addon, and I was sent a link where I downloaded a zip file. I’m not sure as to what to do next. Any feedback is appreciated.

I did all the steps but I have not been able to get the data passed to mail-chimp.
I get this error-

[MailChimp] FAILURE: Product ID not set or invalid.
This is normal message if product has no MailChimp list specified.

Any ideas?

Can I please confirm you have read through and completed the steps on the following documentation:

If so and the integration is still not working enabling the debug log can help you find out if the mail is being sent through to the MailChimp account:
