Invalid Stripe Token

Hello, I am having troubles to make my payment buttons work, I follwed your guide but always get this error: “Invalid Stripe Token” – here is the overview page: mindsparklemag.com/products/
I entered both test and live api keys from stripe.

Please try the following. Go to the following interface of the plugin:

Stripe Payments -> Settings -> Advanced Settings

Look for the following checkbox in the “Additional Settings” section there:

Disable Buttons Before Javascript Loads

Check that option and save it.

Does it work better after that?

I just did as you told me. Now the buttons are not clickable. So I think this doesnt work either.
Any other solution ? Thank you a lot.

Can you copy and paste the shortcode that you are using so I can see if there is any mistake there?

Also, can you do a quick test by switching the theme to the default WordPress theme and seeing if the button behaves differently?

Hi.

Can you email me at [email protected] your WP Admin access details so I could look at this from the inside? Looks like your theme (or some other plugin) is preventing some standard WP hooks from firing and this results in errors you’re having.

Also, have you tried switching to some standard WP theme like Twentyseventeen and see if buttons are working, like Admin advised? This is to test if the problem is caused by your theme.

The user reported
“I just attempted to contribute on our web site. It thanked me, but never asked for my name or credit card information.”

I’m using the WordPress Twenty Seventeen Theme. My shortcode is
[asp_product id=”153″]

I’ve checked the box for Disable Buttons Before Javascript Loads.

This happened before when a was using IE 11, checking the box didn’t help him, either. (I asked him to try again and the credit card payment box didn’t appear). It worked for him on Chrome.

Hi Filip.

I just went to the page you provided and subscribed to the plan successfully (I think lol). There is an issue with checkout results page – it doesn’t exists mindsparklemag.com/stripe-checkout-result/ . You need create it or specify another page in the plugin settings and make sure [accept_stripe_payment_checkout] shortcode is placed in its content.

Please let me know if you still experiencing any issues.

Hi Greg. In the latest plugin version (1.8.5) we have fixed IE11-related issues. Also fixed Safari incompatibility on older Safari browsers (iPad). Can you please provide a link to the page with payment buttons on your site so I could check it via IE11 and see if there are any potential issues remained?
