Tagged: API keys
Hi,
I’ve entered my Live and Test API credentials in the Stripe Payments plugin and created webhooks. I’ve setup the Subscriptions add-on which I purchased today.
In Subscriptions, I get an error message:
Invalid API Key. Please check core plugins settings and enter valid key for live mode.
When I go back to do that I get the error message:
Stripe Payments Subscriptions Addon: webhooks seem to be not configured properly. Please go to settings page to configure them.
The API key is correct. I have quadruple checked it and checked it again, and again.
I have already turned off all other plugins to make sure there is no conflict and still get this error message and tested for theme conflicts as well. Another user posted a similar issue but I didn’t see a resolution in that field.
Looking forward to resolving this as soon as possible.
Hi.
Try to re-enter your keys again:
1. Delete current keys entered in on plugin settings page. Make sure all keys field are empty, then click “Save Changes”.
2. Copy keys from your Stripe Dashboard. Make sure you put corresponding keys to corresponding fields. E.g. “Publishable Key” from Stripe Dashboard should be in “Live Stripe Publishable Key” field on Stripe Payments Settings page. Click “Save Changes” when done.
