Important Billing Interval Question

What day does the Billing Interval “every 1 months” charge on? Is it the same day every month? Example: if they sign up on the 5th of the month, will they be billed on the 5th of every month until the subscription ends?

Need to know so I can write it into my agreements. Thanks!
