Hello. I installed the multi-currency addon, and the dropdown menu is working, but when I select a currency and click on Apply, the page reloads instead of converting the price of the product. I think this might be a bug.
We decided to turn multi-currency off to avoid conversion fees. However, we would still like customers to be able to view our prices in a currency of their choice. How do I add this without exchanging currencies?
Can you share a link to that page so we can see more details?
We don’t link to this page directly, but here is one of the product pages where the dropdown menu shows but doesn’t seem to work: [embrace-autism.com/asp-products/autism-screening-assessment]
But what I’m looking for is a way to dynamically show the prices in the currency of your choice on the following page, without actually exchanging currencies:
[embrace-autism.com/payments]
We will investigate this and get back to you
Please update the multi-currency addon now. It should work fine after the update.
I updated it, but the problem persists.
Is there no way to have the price change as you select a different currency, rather than having to click on the apply button? I’ve seen this work without needing a button.
No, it won’t work that way. I have sent you an email for this.
Thank you for the offer on refunding the addon, but we may still want to use the currency conversion, so we will keep the addon. I hope you find a fix for the dropdown menu at some point though!
