Home › Forums › Stripe Payments Plugin › “Error! Page load signature check failed.” Error message on Payment Popup
Hello,
I’ve owned the Stripe Payments Subscriptions Addon plugin for years, and it normally works great.
When trying to pay, customers get the error message “Error! Page load signature check failed.”
[removed sensitive info]
I tried troubleshooting the issue by checking the plugin settings. I noticed that Webhooks were missing. I regenerated them, tested the payment, but the issue remains.
I removed the WP Rocket plugin.
There was a new WordPress Core version, and I rolled this back to the previous version. This didn’t help either.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Mike.
This happens when there is database caching on the site/server.
You can go to the Settings option in the “advanced settings” menu of the plugin and then check the “Disable Page Load Signature Check” field and save it.
I have also replied to your email ticket so we will communicate via the email.
