error message states test mode

I created a new subscription plan. Set the radio button to live. Added it to a product I created. When trying to make a live purchase it states “Request was in test mode. But trying to use a live card.

Hi.

Make sure you’re using latest versions of both Stripe Payments and Subscriptions addon.

Also make sure you cleared cache of any caching plugins (if you have installed one of those).

When you go to Stripe Payments -> Subscription Plans, does it have “Live” text in “Mode” in the plan you have created?

Yes, it says “Live.” Cache is cleared and I have the latest versions. Still same result.

I found the problem. In the plugin settings under the “General Settings” tab, then “Credentials” section, there is a box that has to be checked for the Live Mode.
