Delay to receive purchase

I’m on a tight time delay. I purchased the multi currency plugin and have not received it hours later, I want to purchase the multi plug in bundle instead, but I cannot wait to receive it another day, if I don’t receive it in the next hours, I’ll have to ask for a refund. How can I get it now and speak to someone to get this fixed on a tight schedule?
