Customizing emails based on products purchased

Thank you for the great little plugin, I’m enjoying it so far and finding it fairly easy to set up.

I see that I can send an automatic email to buyers after purchase, but I would like to customize this on a per product basis. If they buy product A, I need to send them to a specific page, if they buy product B, I need to send them to a different page. I understand that I can customize the thank you page per product and include links there, but in my experience, people need a customized email in case they miss the directions on the thank you page.

Your documentation is great – could you steer me in the right direction for this?

At the moment it doesn’t have an option to do per product email.

The notification email has many tags/shortcodes that you can use to customize it and make it generic. It is capable of including the download link of the purchased product (for any item that they buy). We only have the option to do per product thank you page.
