    I’ve added the custom fields addon to my site.

    The fields are not showing. Having searched the support forum I found someone with a similar problem and they were advised to disable the legacy api in advanced settings. The custom fields on the product are set to global | all.

    I have checked and this is already disabled, so I can not understand why the fields have not show as all seems set correctly.

    Am I missing something?

    Are you using the legacy API by any chance? Please post the URL of the page of the product so I can inspect it.

    I believe the api is the latest version. 2020-03-02.

    As the site is not currently live and being tested I’m not comfortable posting the link. Can I message or email it to you instead?
