I have correctly integrated convertkit

i have created the product and have linked it to a ‘sequence’ name in convertkit with the same name

To do this though i had to create all of the following: list/tag/automation/sequence which I have given all the same name

I have run test transactions and they are not being added anywhere in convertkit

Can anyone throw any light on this for me please.

Enable the debug logging feature then do a test run. Then the log file will contain info that should be helpful (it will show us if the API call to Convertkit is failing from your site or not):

Hello, thank you, I had already got the debug option activated and it shows that it’s all successful but there is definitely not anything showing in convertkit
