If I use a “-” in a plan name for a subscription, the hyphen appears as “–” in Stripe.
Does it show up as a double dash?

No – it’s a single en dash (hyphen)

If we send emails from Stripe to customers, the plan name will show the incorrectly encoded version #8211; instead of –
Just noticed that this forum software changed the entity into the correct value!

Subscriptions addon version 2.0.2 (that has the fix implemented) would be released shortly.
For existing products, you can edit names directly from Stripe Dashboard. Just replace the entity with hyphen where needed.
