    Please check on our account. We have tried to pay for the renewal twice (and may have been charged twice).

    We would like to download the Addition Fields plugin right away. Please help.

    The info from Stripe showing we paid is “Your ‪S Payments Plugin‬ receipt [#1205-4919]”.

    When we are signed in to the website, we see “Your subscription period expired. Please Renew or Upgrade your account.”

    I have fixed your user account profile so you can log in and the status will be shown as “active”.

    I am not seeing a payment for the “Addition Fields plugin” addon from your account. Did you purchase that addon? If there is any double transactions, we will of-course sort it out and issue refund.
