Could you confirm if HTML formatting works in this area?
I’d like to give them an overview of what they receive with the package, and I’ve got this written in bullets. Would like for the formatting to stay as such. Could you confirm please before I make any changes?
Alternatively, is it possible for them to include a tag for the long description to be added to the mail?
