I have an issue with my subscription plans. There is an error that says “Can’t find ID 27842”-> mindsparklemag.com/asp-products/brand-ambassador-plan/ . The subscriptions and payment work in the test mode but not once I switch them to the live mode. I checked the Stripe API numbers as well and should be correct (start with pk_Live_XXXX sk_live_XXXX and pk_test_XXX and sk_test_XXX ) Thank you for your help.

It is also weird that once you click the subscription link from my previous message you have to enter an amount. However the amount is preset in my subscriptions with 69€ so I dont know where this comes from.

That looks weird indeed.
Can you provide WP Admin access to your website so I could look at it from the inside? You can email me at [email protected] . If this is a bug in Subscriptions addon, the “look from inside” should help me fix it.
