Customers are all failing the reCaptcha test on my website when trying to make a purchase. The error they are getting is: reCaptcha: check failed. Following error(s) occurred: Project #739751342982 has been deleted.
Anyone ever come across this before?
It looks like the Google cloud project that you created for reCAPTCHA was deleted from your Google cloud account. Go through the reCAPTCHA setup documentation again, step by step, to ensure that all required settings and keys are correctly configured.
Alternatively, you can try the new Cloudflare CAPTCHA option we have added — it’s much simpler to set up.
