Everything work out very smooth for the additional custom field, just recently it stop collecting the field data anymore. On my website it still appear the additional field for customer to put in; however, I did not have any information stored (or email including data sending back to me). Also the Parameter on stripe do not have it also. Is there any recent update that messing up the process?
Hi, Please upgrade the Custom Fields addon and that should solve the issue. Let me know how you go after you upgrade the custom fields addon to v2.0.7.
