Hello,
I’m looking but … I still can’t find the solution!The shortcode [asp_show_my_transactions] does not work on my site: “no transactions found”
My members are created by an emember plugin connected to WP-user.I suspect a problem of user role and capacities: could you give me the capacities of stripe gateway which allow to read this shortcode. It may not be that but it deserves to be tried!
I tried with this ability: “Read private stripe orders” but it doesn’t solve …
If you have another idea for a setting, don’t hesitate!

OliviaFor that feature, the transactions need to be made while being logged into the site (so the plugin can recognize a user and store the transaction data for that user). Are you testing with an account where the transaction was made after the user logged into the site?
If you are just allowing anonymous checkout (guest checkout), then the plugin won’t have any idea in terms which user is purchasing what.
Enable the debug logging option in both the Stripe plugin and the emember plugin. Then do a test transaction with a user account that you created (for testing). Does that transaction show correctly?
