    Hi. I am having some issues with the Apple Pay add on. Customers are complaining that the session keeps circling around, like it’s processing for a while without actually going through. The website is [eddiestern.com/donations]. I am running the latest WP and plugin releases The theme is Twentyseventeen. The domain is approved. Can you please help? Thank you

    Enable the debug log option in the settings then do a test transaction:

    Do you see any error in the log or indication of any failures?

    Is your site using any caching?

    Additionally, can you create a test mode product so we could try to make a test payment and see what might be wrong on the frontend during the process? You can force test mode on product’s edit page (“Force Test Mode” option).
